Day 1: (LD)

O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat via Tamborine Mountain

Our tour begins with a scenic drive through the spectacular hinterlands of Mount Tamborine. We visit the award-winning Tamborine Mountain Distillery for a taste of boutique liqueurs, then enjoy free time exploring Gallery Walk’s craft shops and galleries. After lunch at the picturesque Grand Chameleon, we continue to O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat in Lamington National Park—a World Heritage-listed haven of biodiversity. We settle in and cap off the day with a breathtaking Sunset Experience.

Day 2: (BLD)

Nature Walks, 4WD Adventure & Glow Worm Grotto

Today we immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of O’Reilly’s. Enjoy accessible short rainforest walks including the famous Tree Top Walk, followed by a 4WD tour to Moran’s Falls, the Wishing Tree, and Pats Bluff. After dinner, we venture into the rainforest for a magical guided tour of the Glow Worm grotto, where thousands of tiny lights shimmer across the cliff face like stars.

Day 3: (BL)

Coffee, Cars & Homeward Bound

We farewell our hosts and begin the journey home with a stop at Tamborine Mountain Coffee for a Crop to Cup plantation tour and morning tea. Next, we explore the Gold Coast Motor Museum’s impressive vintage collection before enjoying lunch at Stanley’s Barn—a rustic venue built with reclaimed Queenslander timber. By afternoon, we return home refreshed and inspired by our rainforest retreat.
