Brisbane to Perth

We fly into Perth and are greeted by our friendly coach captain before settling into our hotel. After a relaxing afternoon, we gather for dinner and prepare for the scenic and cultural journey ahead through southwest WA’s wildflower country and coastal gems.

Perth to Fremantle

A guided tour of Perth reveals its blend of colonial charm and modern architecture. In Fremantle, we explore convict-built landmarks, tour the Old Fremantle Prison, and visit the WA Maritime Museum. Lunch at the iconic Cicerello’s adds a delicious local touch to this coastal heritage day.

Busselton Jetty & Underwater Wonders

We arrive in Busselton and ride the iconic jetty train to the Underwater Observatory. Eight metres below the surface, we discover a vibrant reef teeming with marine life. With beachfront accommodation, it’s the perfect place to unwind before dinner.

Margaret River - Caves, Chocolate & Wine

Margaret River delights with its limestone Mammoth Cave, gourmet chocolate tasting, and a long lunch at Aravina Estate. We enjoy wine tasting, classic cars, and artisan soapmaking at Vasse Virgin before returning to Busselton for a restful evening.

Busselton to Albany - Forest Giants

We ride the Pemberton Tram through towering Karri forests, visit the Gloucester Tree, and walk among treetops in the Valley of the Giants. We continue to Albany, a town rich in convict and whaling history.

Albany - Anzacs and Coastal Beauty

Albany’s colonial heritage and Anzac history come alive at the National Anzac Centre and Historic Whaling Station. We explore Torndirrup National Park’s dramatic coastline, including The Gap and Blow Hole, and enjoy panoramic views from Salmon Holes lookout.

Stirling Ranges, Wildflowers & Esperance

We travel through Stirling Ranges National Park, admiring Bluff Knoll and its rare flora. A picnic lunch among wildflowers sets the tone before we arrive in Esperance, nestled on the stunning Bay of Isles.

Cape Le Grand - Beaches & Wildlife

Cape Le Grand offers pristine beaches, rugged headlands, and abundant wildlife. We spend the morning exploring this spectacular park before returning to Esperance for leisure time and coastal relaxation.

Esperance to Kalgoorlie - Goldfields

We travel north to Norseman, home of the legendary gold-discovering horse, then continue to Kalgoorlie-Boulder. This historic goldfields city welcomes us with tales of two-up, prospectors, and colourful outback life.

We tour the massive Super Pit mine and visit Hannans North Tourist Mine for an immersive look at gold rush life. Lunch at the Palace Hotel and strolls through historic streets round out this fascinating day.

Returning to Perth, we enjoy a visit to Kings Park for sweeping views of the city and Swan River. It’s a peaceful finale to our scenic journey through Southwest WA.
