In the evening, enjoy dinner and witness the spectacular ‘Turning on the Festival Lights’—a lively celebration with music, buskers, and illuminated streets marking the start of the Apple & Grape Harvest Festival.

Immerse yourself in Stanthorpe’s festive spirit with decorated shopfronts and the Australian Busking Championships. Visit stunning cool-climate gardens open specially for the festival. Enjoy a homestyle lunch at Blue Pot Pantry & Café, then sample preservative-free wines, liqueurs, and spirits at Castle Glen Distillery’s unique cellar door.

Stanthorpe to Brisbane

Today we visit Jamworks for locally made jams and chutneys, then indulge in gourmet chocolates at Heavenly Chocolate in Ballandean. Enjoy a final wine tasting and lunch at Balancing Heart Vineyard, named after its iconic granite formation. Return home in the late afternoon, filled with memories of food, music, and regional charm.
