Day 1: (LD)
Brisbane to Tamworth

Welcome to our incredible tour to the 2026 Tamworth Country Music Festival (TCMF)! TCMF is the largest music festival in Australia and one of the top 10 music festivals in the world. Today is a travel day, so sit back and relax. We’ll stop enroute for lunch before making it to Tamworth in the evening.
Day 2: (BL)
Tamworth Country Music Festival
Wed 21 January 26
After viewing Tamworth from Oxley Lookout, we’ll spend the rest of the day immersing ourselves in Australian country music. We’ll visit the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame, The Big Golden Guitar Tourist Centre, the National Guitar Museum and the Gallery of Stars Wax Museum. Tonight, we’ll join in on the celebrations. With over 700 performers across 2,800 shows during the 10 day festival, the mixture of country music is endless! Purchase a ticket to a show or enjoy the vast amount of free entertainment on offer, your time at the festival is at leisure so have fun!

Tamworth Country Music Festival
Thu 22 January 26
Grab your boots and hats and get ready to enjoy another day of boot-scootin’ fun! The TCMF is an unforgettable experience like no other and today, we have a full day here. So, soak up the atmosphere and sing along to plenty of country music.
Day 4: (BD)
Tamworth to Armidale
Fri 23 January 26
We spend our last morning listening to performers singing their hearts out to country music. With the sound of guitars still ringing in our ears from a memorable festival experience, we’ll say goodbye to Tamworth in the afternoon and make our way to Armidale for our last night on tour together.
Day 5: (BL)
Armidale to Brisbane
Sat 24 January 26
With our bags packed one last time, we head for home. We travel through Glen Innes and Tenterfield to Stanthorpe. Lunch will be awaiting us at the award-winning Varias Restaurant. Located at the Queensland College of Wine Tourism, the restaurant offers a world class dining experience with a focus on the best produce and is prepared and served by hospitality students. We arrive home from an amazing Tamworth Country Music Festival tour.
